Receiving requests

Incoming project briefs from customers appear in your admin panel. Review the brief before responding.

Sending a quote

A quote sets the scope, a fixed price, and a timeline. You decide whether the customer pays a deposit, milestones, or the full amount upfront.

Getting paid

Once the customer pays, the project automatically advances to in progress. See Payments for how online and manual (wire/check) payments are recorded.

Delivering the project

Update the project status as work progresses so the customer can follow along from their portal.
