Requesting a service

Submit a project brief describing what you need. A provider reviews it and responds with a quote — scope, fixed price, and timeline.

Reviewing and accepting a quote

Quotes are itemized and shown in your project panel. Once you accept a quote, the project moves to the payment phase.

Paying

You can pay online (see Payments) or by bank wire/check where the provider offers it. Payment can cover a deposit, a milestone, or the full amount, depending on how the quote is structured.

Tracking delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the project moves to in progress. You can follow status updates and communicate with the provider directly from the project panel.
